The Show Me Sweepstakes starts December 15, 2010 and ends May 15, 2011. The Sweepstakes will be divided into sections (“Acts”). One winner for each Act will receive one (1) Show Me The Movie™ game (upon completion of production). The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is T5 Enterprises, LLC, P.O. Box 1738, Broken Arrow, OK 74012 (the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes shall be subject to these Official Rules and by entering, all participants agree that they have read these Official Rules and to abide by the terms and conditions stated.

1. ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the United States, who are a minimum of 14 years of age. This Sweepstakes is void in all areas outside of the United States of America, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor, participants, affiliates, advertisers, and the immediate families of such employees and participants are ineligible to participate. Participants under the age of 18 must obtain permission from his/her parent or legal guardian to enter and for the collection of his/her name, address, phone number and age for purposes of administering this Sweepstakes and a consent to the collection, storage and use of personal information for the purposes of this Sweepstakes.

2. HOW TO ENTER:
Watch the Sweepstakes videos on the Show Me The Movie™ website or YouTube. Every section of the Sweepstakes will have three (3) movie titles acted out. Participants must correctly guess all three (3) of the movie titles, in their entirety. To enter, complete the online entry form at http://www.rollactrepeat.com/sweepstakes. You can enter as many guesses as you like, however, only one (1) correct entry per participant will be placed in a random drawing to determine the winner.

3. PRIZES:
One (1) prize will to be awarded for every Act of the Sweepstakes. The prize is
 one (1) Show Me The Movie™ game (to be delivered upon completion of production). The approximate retail value is $23.99. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Prize includes the cost of shipping and handling. The Sponsor is not responsible for the unavailability of the winner or the receipt of incorrect contact information. If the prize is returned to the Sponsor, and the winner would still like to receive their prize, the winner will then be responsible for shipping and handling costs. Any applicable federal and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

4. ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning a prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. PRIZE FULFILLMENT:
The potential winners for prizes will be selected from all eligible entries in a random drawing held after the ending date for the corresponding section of the sweepstakes. The potential winner will be notified via E-mail at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and further information will be collected. If a potential winner cannot be reached within 10 calendar days from the first notification attempt, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected. All prizes will be mailed to the winner upon completion of production of Show Me The Movie™. The Sponsor is not responsible for the receipt of invalid contact information.

6. PRIVACY:
By submitting personal information to T5 Enterprises, LLC, participants and their parents/legal guardians (where applicable) consent to T5 Enterprises, LLC’s use of such information for the purposes of collecting contact information from the winner(s). T5 Enterprises, LLC will never sell, lease, trade, or distribute your personal information. Winners will have the option to have there name and picture posted on the Sweepstakes page on the Show Me The Movie™ website.

9. MISCELLANEOUS:
The sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect or destroyed entries. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and void where prohibited. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, the Sponsor has the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time. Facebook, Netflix and YouTube are not sponsors of the Sweepstakes and have no responsibility or liability regarding the conduct or administration of the Sweepstakes.

10. NETFLIX:
Gift Subscriptions are pre-paid membership to the Netflix service redeemable at www.netflix.com/gift. A person who receives and redeems a Gift Subscription to the Netflix Service is referred to in these terms as the “Recipient.” There are no refunds or other credit for Gift Subscriptions which are not redeemed. Gift Subscriptions do not include access to Blu-ray. A Gift Subscription may be exchanged to add Blu-ray access and/or select another plan. Exchanges in this manner, however, will likely alter the duration of the Gift Subscription. If such an exchange to the Gift Subscription is made, any partial periods of the Gift Subscription will be applied as a partial reduction to the next month’s membership payment (“Discount Period”). A valid payment method is required to redeem the Gift Subscription and Recipient authorizes Netflix, in accordance with the Terms of Use, to charge Recipient’s payment method for any disc not returned after cancellation of the Netflix membership. Recipient’s payment method will be authorized for a nominal amount each month during the Gift Subscription to verify that a valid payment method is on file. In some instances, Recipient’s available balance or credit limit may reflect this authorization; however, no charges will be made against the payment method unless Recipient does not cancel prior to the end of the Gift Subscription, fails to return a movie upon cancellation of the Netflix membership, or in connection with any Discount Period. At the end of the Gift Subscription, Recipient authorizes Netflix to automatically renew the membership and bill Recipient’s payment method monthly for membership fees and applicable tax unless Recipient cancels prior to the end of the Gift Subscription. Recipient further authorizes Netflix to charge Recipient’s payment method each month for the membership fees plus applicable tax until Recipient cancels the Netflix membership. Although the membership is cancelable at anytime, there is no refund or credit for partially used periods. Recipient can click on the “Your Account” link for cancellation instructions. As a convenience, Netflix will notify Recipient two (2) weeks prior to charging Recipient’s payment method and/or beginning automatic monthly subscription billing. It is Recipient’s responsibility to cancel the Gift Subscription if Recipient does not wish to continue the Netflix membership past the end of the Gift Subscription. Netflix is not responsible if the Gift Subscription is lost, stolen or used without permission. Gift Subscriptions are not redeemable or refundable for cash, subject to applicable law, and cannot be resold or combined with any other special or free offers, including other Gift Subscriptions and Gift Cards.
